Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us on info@pearlsbyeva.com to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide a downloadable PDF form for you to fill out and address details for shipping the item back to us. Please securely repackage your item. We suggest you select an insured shipping or postage method. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

Change of mind

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of arrival for a full refund, subject to our refund/exchange policy below:

  • New items sold and fulfilled by Pearls by Eva online may be return within 30 days for a full refund
  • Good are eligible for the 30 Day Change of Mind policy provided
  • Items have not been worn
  • Items are in pristine condition and do not show signs of wear, have no scratches, damages or water damage
  • Determination of the condition of the jewellery is at the discretion of Pearls By Eva

Once your return has been received and reviewed, you will be informed via email the next steps for a refund or online store credit.

Damaged/Faulty/Defective Goods

We will cover the cost of return shipping within New Zealand and Australia if the item is faulty. We can provide a return courier pack within New Zealand, please get in touch with us for more information or to arrange a return courier pack. Unfortunately we are unable to cover or reimburse the cost of return international shipping, or accept liability for customs duties or taxes.

Sale Items

There will be no returns or exchanges on sale items. All sale items are strictly non-returnable.

Buying a ring as a gift?

If you are unsure of the desired ring size, we recommend ordering a stock size ring, which can then be exchanged/resized or custom ordered in the correct ring size. Please note, rings are to be returned in new/unworn condition, in their original packaging and within 30 days of purchase.
