Online Purchases


If you would like to change or cancel an order please email info@pearlsbyeva.com to advise of your cancellation. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes may result in a delivery delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already been sent. If your order has already been sent, please contact us to set up a return once you have received the delivery.

Receiving your goods

All orders require a signature on delivery. If there is no one to sign for the package when the courier driver calls, they will leave a card to call with details for re-delivery. It is advisable to provide an address where there will be someone during business hours.

Tracking your order

When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.

Loss or Damage in Transit

Pearls by Eva will take every care in packing and dispatching your purchase but is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming through the buyer for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person, whether or not Pearls by Eva is legally responsible for the person who caused or contributed to that loss. Pearls by Eva is not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party.

Paying for your online order

Through our online shop you can pay via all major credit cards direct, or via Paypal.

This is why, in order to ensure that your purchases are expertly maintained and cared for, we employ a highly skilled team of craftsmen who are always available to meet your individual requirements.


All products bought on pearlsbyeva.com come with a 12 month warranty effective from date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects like loose pearls or stones. General wear is not included under this warranty and neither is mistreatment of our jewellery due to chemical, excessive water exposure etc. We want to ensure that the jewellery you purchase lasts for generations to come; please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your purchase.
